Mac and Cheese Lovers?

5 cheese Mac and Cheese. It's very important, and without Paprika, because I hate it.

Assemble your ingredients:

Box of Elbow Macaroni Pasta, or small shells. Whichever.

5 Cheeses: American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, Parmesan

2 or 3 Eggs

1 Cup Milk (or add to your desired consistency)

Butter (Softened)

Salt and Pepper

Boil your pasta, always drop olive oil in the boiling water before adding pasta.

Pasta should be Al Dente, drain.

Preheat your oven to 375. Grab a big ass bowl, drop your pasta in, and add your cheeses, as much as you want. I usually do 1 cup of each. Add your eggs, butter, and milk, mix well with a rubber spatula. Salt, Pepper, mix some more. Grab a big ass baking dish, a glass one if available. Place Mac and Cheese in the dish, spread to fit. Add extra Parmesan and Mozzarella on top.

Bake on 375, for 35 to 45 minutes. Or until you feel the stuff is done. You won’t need Paprika because it’s still stupid. Hope you try it, and enjoy!
