Made egg fried rice with prawns. Reasonably successful. Stuff from the local takeaway is much better. #SeeASpecialist

  • I like a r8ce with many different vegwtabkes and red lentils and chickpeas... If it isn't a better local story's food it looking really good. You haven't many prawns there... It looked a little vegan :) I like it...

    I always wanted to ask you ... Have you tried a durian fruit? :)

  • Looks good. The trick to a good fried rice is too use day old or leftover rice (restaurants also uses leftover rice) and cook it in really high heat and stir fry it. Also add some sesame oil near the end. This may get it closer to that restaurant taste.
