Meat-less Diary Day 5(01/08/2021): I hope you all had a wonderful day. I am feeling good and actually still enjoying this. Brunch sandwich: multigrain bread, mayo with creole seasoning, lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper and hot colby jack cheese(sorry for bad pic). This sandwich had great flavor and crunch factor. Some snacks were mandarin oranges, some Sun Chips and a couple pieces of a chocolate bar with chilies. Dinner was vegetable lo mein with a little extra spice. Normally with lo mein I make homemade noodles and with this batch I used Barilla linguine noodles. Still tasted great without meat and without homemade noodles! Overall another satisfying food day.
