Mint chocolate chip ice cream is one of my most favorite deserts; it has been since I was a little kid. Today I served it over mint chocolate covered Pretzel Crisps. Ohhhhhh damn it was good! The mint chocolate covered Pretzel Crisps had very nice sweet, minty, and salty flavors that went absolutely perfect with the mint chocolate chip ice cream!
