Mionetto lemon fizz cocktail recipe

For a perfect sunny Bank Holiday weekend

It would be the case wouldn't it that as soon as lockdown hit, British weather has never been so good? We've had several Bank Holidays so far this year, all in the mid-20s, sunny, blue skies... and we haven't been able to go, well, anywhere.

But in all honesty, that doesn't matter. Want to know why? When you can mix up one or two of these Mionetto lemon fizz cocktails wherever you are in the world (whether that's in your sprawling and beautiful back garden, small stone porch, or flat in the middle of a city), it's guaranteed – yes you heard right, guaranteed – to transport you to beautiful Italy.

The dreamy combination of Mionetto Prosecco and limoncello is pure Italian sunshine in a glass. And it will make sure you have a perfect Bank Holiday – whether the sun is actually shining or not.

  • This sounds beautiful. Current obsession for me is drizzling limoncello over ice cream.
