Does this Miso soup look good? Well, it's not like that. It's rubbish. I don't know what went wrong, maybe too much Miso Instant, maybe the long-life Tofu, maybe too many Wakame seaweed.

Oops 😊. Just to comfort you, the day before yesterday I messed up a nice carbonara because I used the wrong bacon, which was far too fat 😢. Whatever, shit happens, more luck next time 😉.
Today I learned there's such a thing as wrong bacon.

When you say “too much miso instant” are you using powder or miso paste?
I find with paste if you always add more if it’s lacking flavour or add water if it’s too much.
I know some people use “dashi” stock powder to add more flavour.
