My #dessertchallenge is actually my best friend's mom recipe. She's been making these balls since we were little and I am obsessed with them. I've tried to recreate them many times. It's super easy and it doesn't need any baking (which I'm terrible at). They're made with Marie type of biscuits, but you could use almost any, like digestive or butter biscuits. Also hazelnut and condensed milk.
We crush the biscuits and the hazelnut, with a blender, you can also leave small chunks of hazelnut if you want but we normally reduce them to powder. We add a can of condensed milk and mix until we get a thick dough. With our hands we make balls and we pass them through powdered sugar and we put them in the fridge to harden a little bit. They're ready to eat!

I love it . There is no chocolate 😁
Well... I covered them in chocolate once but it was too sweet, I would use dark chocolate next time but... What do you have against chocolate?
For medical reasons I gave it up 30 years ago.
sounds interesting
Thank you!
No bake pastries are really good 😅
They are!!
Very interesting! A lot of possibilities.
Yes! And you could also coat them in coconut flakes, cinnamon sugar, cocoa.. Etc
I'm thinking of even using lemon cookies
Now that sounds and looks great and the balls passing through hands is very interesting 😂
😂😂
