Rachael Hogg posted Ben Forte's recipe for Sunday roast chicken on the barbeque. As some of you know I don't have a Kamado Joe so I made due with my CharGriller. I kept my hot coals to one side of the grill so I could cook it over indirect heat. The recipe had just a few seasonings and that is it. It was a pretty tasty chicken and as you can see I ended up with a chicken that had some really nice color to it as well. Even if you don't have a barbeque give it a try in the oven. It should still give you a tasty roast chicken, just not as good if you would have tossed it on the grill. So if you have not seen Rachael's post, then make sure to go check it out.
