Some Indian Cuisine with Shivaum Punjabi
The green chutney is packed with flavor, cilantro, cumin and all the chilis. It was a flavor BOMB! If you like flavor then this is your trip to flavor town. This was something I had to make, so I could make a Bombay Sandwich. First picture I seen of this was some toasty looking goodness. I knew I would need to try to make this. I took and followed Shivaum's Bombay sandwich recipe the best I could. I had my veggies all slice up and ready to go along with the chaat masala and green chutney. When the sandwich was all grilled up all nice and toasty(a little over toasty), I took a couple of bites and I was a bit disappointed. It seemed lacking. I figured it was probably something I done. So we searched YouTube for street vendors making Bombay sandwiches and yep it was me. I went back with my visuals and remade this and oh my that was such a tasty differences, I really enjoyed the sandwich. Just writing about it is making me want one! One of the main things I done wrong was I only sprinkled the chaat masala in between the layers of veggies and what you really need is a coating.
