My Journey Through FoodTribe: Creamy Cajun Potatoes

Not too long ago SwatiShree Hota posted these Creamy Cajun Potatoes and I thought why not? I actually had everything to make these on hand so let's give it a go. In the recipe she uses new potatoes and I would definitely recommend it, I used russet potatoes cut in half and they tried to fall apart. The potatoes ended up with a very nice crunchiness and the sauce is a must have but I would recommend less paprika because it was a little off putting but I will try it with Kashmiri chilli next time instead.
