My Journey Through FoodTribe: Easy delicious vodka sauce

First off just so you all know there is no ketchup involved. Sorry Rachael, had to do it. Anyways we are making Rachael's delicious vodka sauce and serving it on penne rigate. Just so you know you must use rigate, the sauce will cling to it. First of all I have to say the flavor is amazing, it just all works so well together and makes your mouth so happy you did. Did I mention this is fairly quick? I believe it was less than 30 minutes. This was a very satisfying meatless meal, so if you need another one to add to the menu you can't go wrong with this.
