My Journey Through FoodTribe: Easy Peasy Salted Croissant
Heading back to Italy with Valentina Testa.
It was just as easy as Valentina Testa made it sounds. The only thing I did different was I used butter instead of olive oil. I used fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and puff pastry. It really doesn't get much easier or tastier than this. The nice cheesiness with bits of the salty prosciutto and the flaky buttery puff pastry, delizioso! This has been added to my recipe book to be made again. You should definitely give this a try, after all it is easy peasy!
