My Journey Through FoodTribe: Fresh Tomato Sauce

If you have been on FoodTribe a while one thing you realize is that Italians take their food serious. A lot of times it is also some of the most simplest dishes as well. A few months ago Valentina Testa posted a Simple, Fresh Tomato Sauce Recipe. There is just a few ingredients and it is oh so simple. One of the ingredients is cherry tomatoes and after I went to pick some earlier I realize this was more than I wanted to eat, as I'm sure there are others out there who are getting just as tired of them. Cooking these released a lot of natural sugar that brought a nice sweetness along with that fresh tomato taste. This was absolutely delicious and I am so glad I made this. Originally I thought this was going to be too simple and lack flavor but that is not the case. The flavor is in the freshness.
