Obviously if you read the title you know I made Robert Percy's Great Grandmother's recipe for ginger biscuits(cookies). Let me tell you what, these are freaking amazing! Crunchy edges and soft center, omg...be right back I have to go grab another cookie.

I will definitely adding this to my cookbook. The only downside is a bit too sweet so I might be downsizing the sugar amount but it is a keeper. Go check out Robert's post for the recipe and give this a try! It is only a handful of ingredients.
