My Journey Through FoodTribe: Indian Red Curry
An genuine Indian Red curry from the family of Robert Percy.
As some of you already know I don't shy away from a curry. This curry is a staple at the Percy family household and I can see why. They normally have it with shrimp(prawns) even though the recipe is using chicken. So I decided I needed to have it with shrimp as well. Of course like with the Indian curries I have had so far the house takes on such a nice fragrance of onions, garlic, ginger and chilies. This had good all around flavor that I definitely wouldn't mind having again. I guess that is why he tells you to make extra. We had this with some store bought garlic naan brushed with ghee. If you want to give this a go, then go check out Robert Percy's post for the recipe!

Well the only Indian food that I have had is what you have seen that I fixed. Robert's curry was actually fixed tonight after I got off work. I just wanted to hurry and throw this one up. I have alot of journeys to go.
