My Journey Through FoodTribe: Mackerel Pate
Joining our favorite community manager for a quick lunch
As some of you should know John Coleman is one of my favorite people on FoodTribe/DriveTribe. He posted his mackerel pate almost a year ago. I'm sure he probably thinks I forgot about it if he evens remembers posting it. Pretty much it is tinned mackerel with cream cheese, olives, spring onion and a few different seasonings. This was definitely a very nice lunch option for me. Not only was it quick to make, just a few ingredients but was also pretty tasty. I should have tried some deep fried in a wonton wrapper(next time). There is a good chance most of you have not seen his post so go hit the link down below and show him some love.

Joining Rachael Hogg for some beer battered fish with curry sauce
