When I started reading the recipe I thought what's not to like? This is a very tasty dish indeed. This was pretty well balanced with the sweetness of the peanut butter, a little spice from the crushed pepper, the pop from the vinegar and the saltiness from the soy sauce which I did have to add a little more. Not sure what could help the reheat the next day. The sauce was almost clumpy and pasty but still very tasty. Thanks Eugenia for sharing your nutty noods with us! Link down below, go check them out.
