My Journey through FoodTribe: Rogan Josh
I am enjoying some Indian Cuisine with Shivaum Punjabi.
Thanks to Shivaum Punjabi and his wife for posting Mutton Rogan Josh recipe. As soon as I can get lamb or goat I will definitely be making this again. Even if I can't get lamb or goat I will still make it again...lol. I had chicken available so that is what I fixed this with and it was absolutely delicious! The smell from all the spices cooking was just intoxicating! The garlic, onion, ginger and about half of my spice cabinet, oh my yes. We had some store bought flatbread that was given to us that needed used and this made for the perfect dish to use them on. They were heated up with butter in a skillet. I lightly pickled some sweet onions in red wine vinegar and that went excellent with the dish. It added a nice pop of flavor, that complimented it.

Oh, that is spot on! Good job...
Thank you so much and thanks again for posting the recipe.
My pleasure...
That is so good. So much flavor.
Yes indeed! Very much so!
Looks great. Chicken always works in a curry 😋
If things were normal I can usually find goat and lamb. The chicken was definitely tasty though!
Congrats on getting it out and succeeding!
Thank you! There are some others I will be doing soon! Cant wait!
Looks good but not sure if I could eat it.
Probably not. It was tasty though.
