Soi Luong posted a simple fried rice recipe along with a video showing what BBC Good Food done wrong. Honestly I did not have high hopes, this is really simple. There is rice, eggs, salt and instant chicken stock. Seriously, that is it. I had some already cooked rice in the freezer that I defrosted. Now this was only long grain basic rice. So this would be so much better with some Jasmine rice but I did have some nice farm fresh eggs to make it with. With that being said don't be too stingy on the instant stock because it is the main seasoning along with eggs. I found this to be very tasty and with how easy this was I will make this more often. So thank you Soi Luong for such a simple tasty recipe! If you haven't checked out Soi Luong's recipe, click the link below!

Thanks for the simple egg fried rice!
You’re welcome! Hope you enjoyed the ease of it 😛 but also agreed if you had a better type of rice it would taste a whole lot better and also the rice won’t clump together as much.
I love these posts! It is really nice to see how you recreate recipes posted here ☺️.
Thank you so much for your input! I hope they are enjoyed!
Looks great!
Thank you!
Well done, The child and I are doing Chinese next week so I will be checking this out...
Thank you. This will be very nice to serve a stir fry on or just add a little extra and make it a meal.
Looks delicious. I love making fried rice, but never made it with chicken stock.
Me either...I used knorr powdered chicken. Usually I have at least half a dozen ingredients. So if you want a fried rice short cut you can't beat this.
I definitely will.
