Joining Darren Parsons for some home cooking
Who can say no to some fried chicken? Not me that is for sure! When Darren posted his recipe, I thought why not? In all honesty I didn't measure anything but I did use all the same ingredients and tried to keep it close to the amount with eyeballing it. Soaking chicken in buttermilk I already knew was going to make this an awesome dinner. If you have never soaked chicken in buttermilk then you are definitely in for a treat because it keeps it so moist. Darren had his on some biscuits which was tempting but I had mine with corn on the cob and roasted veggies along with some bbq sauce mixed with garlic peri-peri. Make sure to go check Darren's post out and give it a try.
