Filipa posted this not too long ago and I thought why not? This is simple and basic. The flavor is okay as is, it is creamy and cheesy but I think next time there are a few modifications I want to do to it. Nothing too crazy but some sautéed onion and garlic with some dried crushed cayenne pepper, perhaps some buttered bread crumbs on top as well. This would be a great side to some grilled chicken.
