Jeannine has been busy modifying some recipes lately to satisfy the whole family and then she posts it for us. Well I decided to give this one a go since she has had meat lovers ask for seconds on some of her dishes. Just so you know I done this homestyle. No measuring, I used what spices were in my cabinet but I used the same kind of beans, fake meat and tomato sauce as she did. This really wasn't too bad. The fake meat was a bit just soft and made for a weird texture to the chili but other than that it was pretty good. I did keep mine on the low sodium because that it just how I try to do it anyways. I ate part of a bowl as is but in the end I did add cheese, jalapenos and sour cream. So it became not so vegan. lol. Make sure to go check out Jeannine's post and give it some love.
