My Lamb in the Ninja

So I was so excited to get my Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill & Air Fryer which I posted a while ago, and I have used it more regularly now - but still so much to learn to get it perfect. I was excited that my whole leg of lamb actually fit and this gadget absolutely blew my mind cooking it to perfection, I wish I sliced it so you could see that it cooked it a lovely medium! I do love my herbs and it encrusted the outside which gave it a nice addition to texture. You don't have to season lamb with a lot - on this occasions I used mixed herbs, mustard, red wine, oil, onion powder a touch of cayenne, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. I used Fresh parsley, coriander, spring onions and rosemary, thyme on the outside base... once the temperature got to about 37deg I removed the herbs so it didnt burn. and added. At about 45deg I added my vegetables which were lightly seasoned. At 60deg everything was ready, I used the juice with the herbs to make a red wine gravy which was then strained to make it smooth. I was very proud of myself - this tasted DELISH!!!
