My PB & J cheesecake.

OK you all for the #dessertchallenge I made my very first homemade cheesecake. I used the recipe from the Philadelphia cream cheese box, but I added some crushed peanuts and peanut butter. It took a little over an hour in the oven. For the jam I opened a jar of Smucker's strawberry jam and covered the top. Foodtribe I was so happy this turned out as good as it did because I was really nervous. Now this is a very rich cheesecake and sweet so a small piece will do.
