When I cook something good, I feel happy. But when I see that the Tribers replicate my recipes, I feel really proud!

Here are some of my recipes replicated by the people of FoodTribe.

Jan Zamojski is really good! Here he published a Ragù alla Bolognese, but he also made savory pies: the one with spinach and the one with artichokes! Italian ad honorem!

Jane Fyffe is really a good cook. She did me the honor of replicating my Salted Croissants, making some changes. Perfect, well done Jane!

Simona Poláková really amazed me! This Crescia di Pasqua looks really delicious, well done!

This shows that FoodTribe is not only a fun place, but also a place of cultural sharing. It's really gorgeous.

  • I did the ham and cheese Swiss roll and it was delicious. That was for a family get together pre-lockdown and seems eons ago now.
