Foodtribe I know it is hard to believe, but I had some left over grilled steak. So what was I to do other than to cut it up and toss it in some homemade cheese sauce for a nice cheesy coating. Then I melted some provolone cheese on my toasted bun. I added that cheesy steak goodness with some onions and of course some cayenne. Last but very important a healthy scoop of that cheese sauce.
