Thanks for joining me for another top 5 in baking. There is nothing I enjoy more than the smell of freshly baked bread.

#5 Chris Faz: Sourdough bread

This is Chris' second attempt at sourdough bread – looks like things are going well to me. If nothing else, I'm sure the house smells great!

#4 Sarah Skerman: Brown sugar fudge cake

Just the title alone sounds amazing, let alone looking at it. I would definitely try a piece of it.

#3 Rich Church-Keen: Focaccia

Working on artesian breads and relishes, this was his first attempt at focaccia. And what a great first attempt! Looks good to me.

#2 Simon Bingham: Quince tarte tatin

I don't know what quince is, but when it looks like this with Simon making it, I would definitely try a piece.

#1 Zoltan Selo: Croissants

I have only eaten store bought croissants that are hard, old and disappointing. Just looking at these makes me want to lick the computer screen.

I hope you enjoyed my top 5 picks and I will see you next month..
