My vegan diary: A full day of vegan eats

Another 'what I eat in a day' – summer edition this time : )

Breakfast:

The day started with a bagel and a mango smoothie! The bagel had vegan cream cheese, vegan cheese, seitan ham slices and cucumbers!

Lunch:

For lunch I had a bulgur and lentil salad! I'm currently obsessed with it!

Afternoon snack:

What's better than ice cream?

Dinner:

Potato salad lettuce cups!
