I prepared today another great dish from Valentina Testa's recipes. This time I decided for Ragù alla Bolognese. 👇

To be honest I'm person who eat beef once in a blue moon coz' I mostly prefer to eat chicken or turkey. However I was so motivated and curious how would it taste, so I prepared everything this morning very competitively and I received something tasty and delightful for my roof of mouth.

Definetly worth of trying! It was my first real Ragù alla Bolognese and I hope not last. My family enjoyed that this very much 🙂

  • My version is a lot different! Here in Italy every family has its own version!

    First I cook the beef and the vegs separately, so that I can remove every single gram of water from them.

    After that, I put them together, I add a nice amount of concentrated tomato and milk. a ton of fat milk, until the Ragù can't absorb it no more!

    • It's not so different, I put the vegetables, then the meat, the tomato and in the end I put the milk. It doesn't matter even if he gets some water out, I just keep it going for 4 hours... 🤔
