Yes fried bread dough, it is as easy as it sounds. The hardest thing about it is deciding what you want on it. This is from frozen bread dough that I sat out this morning to thaw and rise. Heat up your oil, tear off pieces of the dough and fry it. That is it! Now what do you want on yours? I have some butter on mine with a drizzle of honey. You can even see where some of melted butter is starting to gather and the shine the honey is giving it. On the table is also some apple butter and peach jam, if you like.
