Not much of a Fakeaway, but it'll Stew.
My 2 offerings as a part of the #FELIXFAKEAWAY
To everyone who can be bothered to look at this post and say "but this isn't takeaway food", I know it isn't but I already had plans to use these leftovers to make a nice chicken stew... so I did.
For the #FelixFakeaways challenge I chose to make a lovely chicken stew, along with an old fashioned trifle.
See the stew with Relish plus some of the ingredients that went into it here:
The trifle came along because I had some GF Brownies left over along with some DF Custard (that I mixed with some chocolate Nesquik just because I can) and some DF Cream that whisked up well yesterday to go on top of a nice coconut hot chocolate, but has slightly deflated today.
The finished trifle here (I had nothing to decorate the sad looking top but it still tastes nice)
The deflated DF cream still tastes good so it'll be reyt.
That's all of my offerings for the #FELIXFAKEAWAY challenge I cannot wait to see what everyone else comes up with. I'm off to finish the trifle before it gets nicked my the neighbours (my little cousins).
