Lavish Diwali Dinner. Poori, sabzi, Sweet rice, Salty (Namkeen) rice and boiled moong dal (a type of pulse). Yum 😋
that looks tasty 😋
It indeed was tasty 🤤
Burrata Spaghetti... slow cooked tomatoes cut with some tomato vodka sauce, fresh basil, Burrata cheese, salt, pepper, drizzled with 6-year aged reserve balsamic vinegar. Super simple. Good ingredients. Washed it down with some Terlano Rosé from Alto Adige.
I made a soup with Thanksgiving leftovers. used the bones to make a broth, while using the leftover turkey as meat and I used the celery, carrots, and parsnips we had leftover as well as a tangy seasoning of cranberry. We also used ramen noodles and eggs though it wasn’t exactly ramen. yes it sounds weird but it tasted really great
