Ooh, tried my first Macedonian wine this evening - and it's lovely. Super super fruity, and works lightly chilled. The kratosija grape is native to Macedonia and similar to zinfandel. Delicious alongside my baked gnocchi ragu. Have you ever tried wine from Macedonia, or from anywhere unusual?

I personally love Macedonian wines, and I've noticed they're becoming a little easier to find here in the states!

I love a good wine. Unfortunately, me being allergic to sulfites means my body doesn't enjoy wine. I have had some wine that made the migraine with it though hahaha.

It's horrible. I'd rather be allergic to kale... Or gluten free toast... But wine.... I am cursed by someone I made VERY upset in a former life. 🤣
