Bakery isn't my cup of tea, making a good cake is a matter of precision, and that really isn't my best quality, but once in a while I like to give it a chance. This time I thought of using the jar of peanut butter who was living in my cupboard for a while, and surprisingly the result was good. There are few ingredients and the process is very simple.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
200 grams of flour
125 grams of sugar
125 grams of peanut butter
50 grams of milk
50 grams sunflower/vegetable oil
A portion of baking powder
Icing sugar
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees before baking. Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl, add oil and and keep mixing the ingredients, then add milk and peanut butter, keep stirring the batter and add flour and baking powder. You can either use a fork or an electric whisk. Once you have a smooth batter, pour it in a silicon stamp, and let bake for 35/40 minutes. If you don't have a silicon stamp, you can either use a regular stamp spreading some butter and flour on the surface.
When the cake is ready, sprinkle with icing sugar.

This looks so yummy! Are those regular strawberries or did you fix them in some syrup?
