Sounds fantastic.
You can't beat a home cooked meal, and a little veg patch.
Basil is v easy to grow.
I made some tonight with fresh garden basil, and crushed peanuts, woollies parmesan, garlic and lime juice, and a drizzle of no name brand sunflower oil.
A $19 Kmart hand blender whizzes it in a few seconds.
It's the pov students version.
Served over no-name penne.
I love pesto!
