    Pigs head🐷 first braised then roasted served with creamy mash , pork gravy topped with crispy pigs ear👂 and truffle, the plating was not up the the standards of a Michelin ⭐️ chef but I tasted bloody amazing!! Everything was used !!!! The brain we ate on brioche toast 😋
