Polish mizeria cucumber salad #sidesmatter
My next entry for Jane Fyffe's #sidesmatter challenge
This recipe was given to me by our friend Emilia Mig almost a year ago now and I am still enjoying it. Mizeria is a great side for a BBQ, it provides lite and cool flavor that pairs well with meats or spicy foods. it also works well on a burger. This mizeria is very easy to make with minimal ingredients.

Made this for my company on Saturday…….my sister said it did remind her of our grandmother’s recipe. Thank you for posting.
I am very happy you made it! was your grandmother Polish? Credit goes to for the recipe, she is the one that told me how to make it.
My maternal grandmother was Norwegian on her father’s side and Swedish on her mother’s side. However she was friends with people who were from all over.
