Summer it comes into its own, and you barely use your actual kitchen, but it's perfectly okay to BBQ in the middle of winter.

We're grilling all year round baby. -40? Steaks on. 115? Burgers be flipping. Snowing? Who wants pork chops? Raining? Shishkabobs are stacked. The only exception is midgy season. Nobody wants to be outside for that.
