I'd like to see the caves where the Roquefort cheese is cultured. It looks interesting.
French/Belgian cheese ftw. Though my favourite at the moment is Italian
Even if I'm a frenchie, I'm fond of Italian and Greek cheeses. I ate some mediterranean dishes during the summer. They're perfectly fresh with some vegetables.
