Difficult to say because I haven't tried many french wines. I am currently enjoying Pino Noir but I haven't tried a French one yet 😅. I usually buy cava when I want sparkling wine.
The only one I really like is the champagne so I understood what you mean.

I really like the wine from the alps. Jura and Savoie are wonderful.
What a stupid question. You're comparing regional and grape varieties.
Bordeaux is a region; pinot noir is a grape! In France, le terroir is considered the most important aspect.
My favorite is a nice Côtes de Rhône; the main grape used is grenache. Neither are on your list!
