    Nice crunchy pork schnitzel, fresh squeezed lemon juice dipped into some homemade hot mustard with a crunch from a bit of onion. Oh yes indeed! A side of salted sweet potato fries with that light crispness, a hint of salt and the sweetness that reminds you it's sweet potato. This was very tasty indeed!

    • OMG, that looks good. I agree that sweet potato chips, baked in a hot oven straight from frozen is guaranteed success.
