Christmas is just around the corner, which means it's time to think about what we're going to drink to celebrate #firstworldproblems . I'm gonna go with prosecco, and a lot of it, followed by some good ol' IPA and the God's nectar: GRAPPA, which, incidentally, can also be made from prosecco. What's your (Christmas) poison? I love me some bubbly, but I get fussy about my Prosecco. The really interesting, old school style of Prosecco called Col Fondo is always welcome in my glass. Most modern Prosecco fans have a hard time with it’s yeasty funkiness. Certainly worth the experience if you ever find one.
