Get your protein fix early in the day with this delicious porridge recipe.
- 500 ml Sproud
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of salt
- 200 ml steel cut oats
- 50 ml hemp seeds
- 200 ml oatmeal
- Add the water, Sproud, cardamom, ginger and a pinch of salt to a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Whisk in the steel cut oats and bring to a boil again. Add the oatmeal and hemp seeds and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- Top your porridge with more seeds, berries and nut butter of your choice.
