Protein muffin with banana and blueberries

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 egg

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

1 cup of vanilla protein supplement

1 1/4 cup whole grain flour

2 tablespoons of baking powder

salt

1 cup blueberry

Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Apply cooking spray to the pan and sprinkle very little flour (1 tablespoon) . In a medium sized bowl, knead the bananas until they have a uniform and consistent shape.

Then add the egg, yogurt, milk and vanilla extract. Continue stirring until a combined mixture is obtained.

In another bowl, combine protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Combine the mixture from these two bowls and stir until the mass is combined

Finally, add the blueberries and stir gently

Spread the mixture on a muffin pan

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked well
