Protein pancakes with bananas

Ingredients: 1 banana, 2 eggs , 1 tablespoon olive oil
Peel the banana and place it in a small cup or bowl
Squash the banana with a fork until it is creamy
Break and insert fresh eggs into that same cup.
Stir and knead until the banana and eggs come together. Make sure there are no large pieces of banana .
Heat a frying pan over medium heat
Put the olive oil on the pan
Place the mixture on a small pancake pan
Bake for 1 minute on each side
You can also add maple syrup with pancakes
