Pulled Pork Burger
Nobody said there can't be a second contestant for Doug F.´s challenge
So the local butcher had his ready cooked Pulled Pork on stock so there wasn´t really another option as baking some Buns and make some Coleslaw
So big and soft
The Brioche Buns we made for this grew a little bit more than expected (the Biro is for scale). But that shoudn´t be no problem because everybody knows: big burgers shoud be wider, not taller!
They were super soft on the outside and super fluffy inside....
No oil, just heat
...so they just needed to get some colour by getting toasted in the pan.
The ready cooked Pulled Pork
The finished Burger needed just a little bit of Barbecue Sauce. Bloody delicious
