- Pumpkin - 250g
- Medium onion
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Refined olive oil
- Black pepper
- Chili pepper
- Greens, soy sauce, greek yogurt, crutons for serving
- Onion, garlic → fry in a stewpan for 5 minutes.
- Add pumpkin, spice → fry for 5 minutes.
- Add water or bouillon . Water should cover the pumpkin → cook 20-25 minutes after boiling.
