Quest for the ultimate cheesesteak

FoodTribe, I have been craving a good cheesesteak and that got me to thinking about what is the ultimate cheesesteak. I know the standard cheesesteak is steak and cheese wiz but I want something better and I have a lot of ideas.
So I am going on a quest to make the ultimate cheesesteak where I try different buns, steaks, cheeses and cooking styles. These will be the basic sandwiches consisting of bread, meat, cheese, basic seasonings and maybe onions and that's it. I am open to your suggestions as well.

I could not agree more Kelly! I am willing to take one for the team and suffer through a perilous quest of trial and error in order to bring you all the Ultimate cheesesteak goodness.
Your bravery shall be documented and exalted for all future generations to understand the sacrifices that have been made for the betterment of mankind!
You should consult with and come up with a vegan version! Maybe seitan for the steak and cashew-based sauce for the cheese? 😋
