Nice quizz. Both soups are eaten in Poland during such day it's also White Botscht same as Zurek, they are closely related ( both of them taste great). However to Zurek it's used rye flour to White Borscht it's used whea flour as a base and sausage is not always included ( more prefered by me is white borscht more than red one made of beetroots, can be in sweet or spicy version and usually served with kolduny). But let's be honest, every region has a distinctive version of both soups.

Exactly they look similar, a bit sour soups that's why I like them 😂. Nah I don't know too much I guess but yes I'm from Poland.
