Imola is a stunning and historic circuit for a number of reasons. There are so many good memories here but also some tragedies, not least the fateful weekend of 1994 which seen us lose Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna. Fewer weekends have impacted the sport more.

That said, it's an amazing place to go racing. Gravel everywhere ready to punish you if you push it too far. Then there is the area which is right next to a village. Pay attention to the out skirts of the track and you'll see the locals going about their business.

We couldn't possibly have 3 italian GPs without making amaretti biscuits for one of them, so here they are. A simple recipe that'll be your go to for when you want a quick but impressive treat.
